Tapping for Forgiveness (PDF)
Resource for Week 4: Relationships: Personal, Family and Business Connections
Marilyn McWilliams is helping us to celebrate International Tapping Month (ITM) with her free PDF, Tapping for Forgiveness, to help with Week 4’s theme.
Marilyn says, “I share here my best script for taking the involuntary reaction out of a situation I had not been able to “forgive” for almost a decade. I couldn’t understand what forgiveness meant but liked the idea of not being at the mercy of a past event. Through trial and error I developed this for myself and, after several repetitions, I am no longer reactive to an event which held me hostage for years and years.”

Marilyn McWilliams sought out methods which would relieve suffering and help people be all they could, leading her to study counseling, certify in hypnotherapy and teach NLP. She says that about a decade ago she found EFT and knew she’d found her ‘magic bullet.” For several years, Marilyn’s work focused on PTSD as she participated as a coordinator and practitioner in applying EFT to Veteran PTSD symptoms in a clinical trial as well as contributing to other important research in the EFT Tapping field. Marilyn is currently an EFT Practitioner in Portland, Oregon focused on incorporating EFT Tapping into the culture.
