Grief & EFT: How Does Grief Express Itself? Tapping on Any Distress or Discomfort (PDF)

Resource for Week 4: Relationships: Personal, Family and Business

Lynne Staley is helping us to celebrate International Tapping Month (ITM) with her free guide, Grief & EFT: How Does Grief Express Itself? Tapping on Any Distress or Discomfort, to help with Relationships: Personal, Family and Business.

Lynne says, “EFT Tapping on the distress, discomfort and disharmony that may accompany grief, loss and life transitions is the perfect application of the technique. Grief may express itself cognitively, physically, emotionally, socially, and sometimes severely. EFT Tapping can address your unique story and reaction. Apply EFTTapping to the loss event (facts), the reaction to the event(feelings) and the aftermath of the event (consequences).

Lynne Staley has been a companion to grievers since 2002. She is a certified EFT practitioner and says she feels that, hands down, EFT is the best technique that she can teach her clients. Lynne facilitates a curriculum-driven support program in Naperville, Illinois (a Chicago suburb). She is also a SoulCollage® Facilitator. She teaches EFT Tapping to grievers, elders, school personnel, student musicians, student-athletes and other “creatives.”
